Are you like many others who hate the word DIET? I can not for the life of me stick to a diet, I have tried them ALL and failed them ALL. So what I do now is make small changes in my eating habits and all around every day habits. Try a little something here today and something else tommorow. You will soon find a few things that will work best for you. If you get bored with one thing, switch to another. Diets should not make us feel like we are missing out on something. I have lost about 17 pounds so far and have done it with no dieting or crash diets of any kind. Just a few healthy choices can make a HUGE difference. Remember that there is no magic pill, just healthy choices! Here below is a list of a few things that I have tried, I have'nt stuck with them all nor do I try too many at once. I go at it slow and steady.

  • Drink lots of water. (Water helps flush out toxins, helps keep our kidneys running smoothly, helps our digestion and is all around good for you)
  • Try a glass of ice water in the a.m.'s when you wake. This helps speed you fat burner up.
  • 2 fat juicey red ripe tomatoes for breakfast. Eat as you normally would the rest of the day not any more.
  • 1 tablesppon apple cider vinagar a day.
  • Goldenseal is a great herb to help move fat along its way.
  • Raw Carrots. They have negative calories, which means it takes more calories to digest them than what is in them to begin with.
  • To add to the negative calories:celery, lettuce and pinapples in original juice.
  • probiotics-acidolphulis. Helps maintain healthy digestive tract.
  • Super Enzymes- Helps breakdown fats, sugars, protien, carbs ect...
  • Get moving! Excercise!
  • I try foods higher in protein, it helps you feel fuller.
