- Alfalfa - This one is great for dieters, it makes you feel better all over, boost your spirits, gives you energy.It also helps with athritis and menstrual troubles.
- Aloe Vera Assist the functions of the gastrointestinal tract, cleanse and help the body to maintain healthy tissues, aid blood and lymphatic circulation, as well as kidney, liver and gall bladder functions. Aloe contains at least three anti-inflammatory fatty acids that are helpful for the stomach, small intestine and colon.
- Astragalus Stimulates immune system.
- Black walnut - Eliminate parasites, helps promote bowel movements.
- Celery Seed - Commonly used for regulating blood pressure. It can also stimulate the uterus, relieve indigestion, act as a diuretic, and as anti-inflammatory.
- Cinnamon - Improves circulation, helps with yeast infection, digestion trouble, weight loss and fungal infection
- Chamomile - This one is one of my favorites, it relaxes the digestive system helping to promote healthy bowl movements.Can help in the healing process as well and can be used as mild sedative.
- Echinacea - Powerful immune booster here, it stimulates white blood cells, helps shorten cold and flu length,helps asthma, helps lymphatic system.
- Fennel - Helps with dieting, detox, bloating, heartburn, digestion trouble, and kidneys.
- Garlic - Extrenally can help heal skin problems, internally it lowers cholesterol, helps with colds and flu and diabetes
- Ginger - Helps improve circulation, helps with fevers, chills, digestion, liver, headaches, upset stomach.
- Goldenseal - Helps promote healthy bowels, helps with uterus,helps sinuses and is good all around herb!
- Rosemary- I use this one to prevent infections. It is also used for a wide variety of other things including, antioxidant, antifungal, improve digestion and more.
